Terms & Conditions

  • All orders are sent Wednesdays and Fridays.

    Please allow 10 - 15 days for your order to be shipped in Australia, and 21 days for New Zealand and international orders. We assure you that our hearts go into this product and it’ll be with you as soon as possible! Please ensure you have included your full address (including your unit number).

  • You may return your order only if damaged and if what was sent was incorrect to what you had ordered (i.e. product size sent was different to the size you ordered. All returns must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible. All returns must be approved first by email and you need to specify the reason for the return and the invoice number. If the item was an incorrect purchase, you will be charged for postage for the returned item.

    Cash refunds are not given, and if you return an item, you'll receive a credit for that same amount.

    Returns must be new, unworn, and unwashed. We do not refund postage costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.

    LIME CORDIALE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. SECURITY/PRIVACY SSL certificate implemented. No credit-card information is handled by LIME CORDIALE. Intruder detection software & procedures will be handled by the hosting provider. LIME CORDIALE does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and the shipping destination and the shipping service you select. Your shipping charge includes all packing and handling fees and any applicable domestic taxes - it does not include any customs or import taxes that may be incurred at the destination. We reserve the right to amend these rates at any time without notice.
